Individual therapy and group therapy is available as well as trauma therapy.

A police officer and a lawyer are available at Sigurhæðir to provide advice and information.

Information and legal counsel to immigrants is available as well.

Women residing in South Iceland and their families can come, call and book appointments to receive support, counsel and information regardless of gender, origin or social status.

You can get sign language interpretation and language interpretation if you need.

Sigurhæðir is at Þórsmörk 7, 800 Selfoss. The entrance is from Árvegur, opposite to the local hospital.

Opening hours:

  • Tuesdays from 10 am to 5 pm
  • Thursdays 1 to 5 pm
  • Fridays 10 am to 5 pm.
