Psychological Services
Naturally, difficult emotions sometimes arise in people diagnosed with an incurable disease. They face adapting to new, uncertain circumstances and a new vision of the future. It can be beneficial to discuss these feelings with professionals, receive education, and assistance in finding and utilizing one's strengths in new situations. Members of Alzheimer Iceland can book an appointment with a psychologist by calling 533 1088 or by sending an email to alzheimer@alzheimer.is. The appointment costs 5,000 kr.
